Educational Assessments

OPEN - currently taking bookings. This assessment focuses purely on learning, looking at literacy, numeracy and learning ability to identify specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia and dyscalculia. It does not cover emotional, behavioural or social concerns - for those, see the Comprehensive assessment.

Comprehensive Assessments

CLOSED over the summer, reopening for bookings on 1 October. This is our most complete assessment: it includes everything covered in the Educational assessment AND also looks at emotional, behavioural and social profiles. It can lead to diagnoses such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, autism, oppositional defiant disorder and anxiety. (It reopens on 1 October so children are back at school for about a month, allowing teachers to complete the required forms.)

DARE Applications

CLOSED until November. Attainment (literacy/numeracy) testing for DARE applications reopens once the CAO numbers are released in November.
