How to arrange an Assessment

Please see the information below relating to PALS services.

If you wish to commence an assessment with PALS, simply complete the online referral form found on top of the website which will guide you to the correct referral from type and allow you to pay and commence the assessment.  

Our psychologist Clinton will get back to you ASAP with a response, typically to offer you a link to the appropriate consent/referral form needed to commence the assessment and/or to offer a free phone consultation should you prefer to speak with us first.  

Please note that is is not possible to phone PALS directly, due to the nature of the work we can not take unscheduled calls.
